Once you have made your booking with our friendly office staff, you will receive an SMS message confirming your booking date. On the day of your booking, you will receive an SMS letting you know how far away your tradesman is, with the ability to track their arrival in real time.
Once arrived, our tradesmen will complete any investigation necessary to find the issue and then provide you with a written quote on the spot at your home. We will explain our quote to you and how we are planning to fix your plumbing issue so you fully understand and feel comfortable with the works being performed.
We are upfront and honest about our pricing and always quote per job – not per hour. We take you through a breakdown of your quote and we won’t start any work until you agree with the price and give us the go ahead!
We treat your home like our own! All our tradesmen wear protective boot covers and use Tidy Tradie work mats to protect your floors and surfaces from dirt and marks. We also clean up after ourselves and leave our work area cleaner than when we arrived!
